  • All work is carried out in accordance with UK regulations, including BS 7671.

  • Electrical installation work is covered by a workmanship warranty (duration varies by service).

  • Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.

  • We are not responsible for faults caused by misuse, third‑party interference, or lack of maintenance.

  • The client must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the work area.

  • If access is restricted or unsafe, we may postpone the work and charge for lost time.

  • Parking or permit costs required to carry out the work may be added to the final invoice.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses arising from delays caused by factors outside our control

  • Pre‑existing faults or defects in the property

  • Damage caused by hidden or unknown services (e.g., buried cables or pipes) unless disclosed
